"Helpful updates, but delays can leave you stuck"
westernunion is good about sending notifications when money is sent and when it gets picked up. Most of the time it’s quick, which is really helpful, especially when you’re waiting on it. One time the alert came in late though, and I felt kind of trapped just sitting there wondering what was going on. Still, overall the updates are useful

I was the one receiving the money, everything went smoothly. I got the text, went in to pick it up, and the money was already ready, oh, and the staff checked my ID real quick—then I was done in no time. No issues on my end at all.

The service works fine and I haven’t had any real issues with it. I just wish the limits were a little higher, that’s all. I’m not saying it’s bad or anything, because it does what it’s supposed to do, but it would be a lot better if there was a bit more room to use it.

The only thing is the updates were slow and not always super clear, so I found myself checking a few times because I didn’t want to risk missing anything or wondering where my money was. Eventually I got the info I needed, so it was okay, but faster updates would make the whole experience feel a lot less stressful.

"Support helped me out quick"
I was sending a transfer and it wasn’t showing up right away, so I get a bit nervous about it. I contacted Western Union support, and the person I talked to was really calm and explain what was happening without making it confusing.

They checked the details, told me what I need to do next, and it got sorted faster than I was expecting. the support was good and I didn’t had to stress much in the end.

Western Union has always worked fine for me, and the money gets where it needs to go. My only issue is the fees can be "too high" sometimes. I usually only use it when I really need to send money fast.

"Verification was quicker than I expected"
I used Western Union to send money and had to verify my identity first. I thought it was going to take forever but it ended up being quick. I just uploaded my ID followed the steps and answered a few questions on the site. Nothing was confusing and I got verified the same day. After that I was able to finish my transfer without any issues. Went smoother than I expected so I’m giving it 5 stars.
